Our dear Stella passed away Sunday evening. She lived a wonderful life and made it so for everyone around her. There is an emptiness that can’t be filled by any other.

Windy, windy day. Libby went to higher ground to feel the wind in her ears.

Sunday’s are pretty quiet and Libby takes up her usual spot on the back of the couch. She can keep her eye on the sidewalk and watches out for the trespassers on her territory. She is the watch dog.

Backyard Watch – Squirrel(s) vs. Bird Feeder

Yesterday was so cold -24 C. Today a total turnaround at 3 C freezing rain in the forecast. The squirrels took advantage of our so called mild weather and hit the feeder.
